Welcome from SFS + Meet and Greet

Join SFS Directors Mairi Lowe and Liisa Lehtinen each morning for a warm welcome to the day’s theme and events, and to meet and greet other Spring Gathering attendees across Scotland.

Mairi and Liisa will introduce Sustainable Fashion Scotland and share why we are all coming together for the Spring Gathering. We will show you how to use the Spring Gathering online space to connect with even more attendees.

We will then be joined by guest speakers followed by online breakout rooms and a main-room discussion to get to know each other better and chat about each day’s theme:

ABOUT SUSTAINABLE FASHION SCOTLAND

Sustainable Fashion Scotland (SFS) is a community-led nonprofit with the mission to connect the fashion community and accelerate collective action for a sustainable fashion transformation. SFS was launched in February 2020 by ambitious individuals and organisations wanting to work together towards a transformed sustainable, equitable and thriving fashion system in Scotland.

We explore through practice how communities can contribute to collective impact and collaborate to create place-based sustainable transformations. The Spring Gathering is one way we are doing this!
